This Privacy Policy describes how Seekinx collects and uses information when you use our Service.

Information we collect

Account information (email, display name, phone number), partner application details, first-party usage analytics (such as center views stored in our database), and technical data (approximate location when you use search, IP-derived hashes for deduplication).

How we use information

To operate the Service, authenticate users, process partner applications and enrollments, send transactional emails (approvals, password resets, admin alerts), and improve search and listings.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and browser storage required for the Service to work (for example sign-in, language preference, and theme). These do not require consent beyond using the Service.

When analytics is enabled for this site, we also ask for your choice before loading optional analytics cookies and scripts. Your choice is stored in a cookie named seekinx.analytics.consent for up to one year. You can change it anytime via Cookie preferences in the site footer.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, we may load Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). These tools help us understand traffic, page views, and how visitors use the site (including session recordings and heatmaps in Clarity). Data is processed by Google and/or Microsoft under their privacy policies. If you choose Essential only, those scripts are not loaded and no analytics events are sent from your browser.

First-party center-view analytics used for partner outreach remain part of operating the Service and are not gated by the analytics cookie banner.

Sharing

We use third-party services such as Mapbox for maps, Google Places for supplemental center discovery, and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim for geocoding. With your analytics consent we also share usage data with Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Clarity as described above. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain account and application data while your account is active or as needed for legal and operational purposes. Analytics retention at Google or Microsoft follows those providers’ settings and policies.

Your choices

You may update your profile or request account deletion by contacting us. Location features require your browser permission. You may accept or decline optional analytics cookies via the consent banner or Cookie preferences. Clearing site cookies will also reset your analytics choice.
