By accessing or using Seekinx (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Seekinx helps users discover education centers in Myanmar and surrounding regions. Listings may include partner-managed centers and data sourced from OpenStreetMap and Google Places. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any listing.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Partner accounts are issued after admin approval of a partner application.

4. Partner listings

Partners represent that information submitted about their center is accurate and that they have authority to list the center. We may remove or suspend listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seekinx and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
